How an order is placed, priced, weighed and delivered.

How is an order placed?

By choosing items and a delivery slot. The order is accepted when we confirm it in writing; until then a price shown is an invitation, not a contract. Alcohol is sold only to customers of legal age and is handed over only to an adult at the door.

How are prices set?

Packaged items are charged at the price shown when the order was confirmed. Items sold by weight are charged by what the scale says at picking, so the final total may differ slightly from the estimate, up or down. Promotions apply while stock lasts.

What if an item is out of stock?

We offer a substitution of the same kind and a similar price. You may refuse it at the door, and the item is removed from the bill.

How does delivery work?

Perishables travel chilled and are delivered within the slot you chose. If nobody is there to receive them, we try to reach you; chilled goods cannot be left unattended and go back to the store.

Using this site

Product photographs are illustrative and packaging may change. Texts and images belong to the store or its suppliers and may not be reused for another business.
