Questions about orders, deliveries, returns and products go to the address in the company information below. Messages are read on working days and answered in order.

What to include

• the order date, if it is about an order;
• the item and what happened to it, if it is about a return;
• the product you are looking for, if it is about availability.

Store hours

Customer service runs Monday to Saturday, 8 am to 5 pm. Messages received outside those hours are answered on the next working day.

Requests about your data

The requests described in the Privacy Policy go to the same address.
